W trosce o Państwa zadowolenie z pobytu w naszym apartamencie prosimy o zapoznanie się z poniższymi informacjami określającymi warunki pobytu Gościa w krótkoterminowo wynajmowanym apartamencie.

1. Rezerwacja pobytu w apartamencie wymaga wpłaty zadatku na konto bankowe podane w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji. Wysokość zadatku stanowi 100% ceny pobytu w rezerwowanym apartamencie.  Na wypadek rezygnacji z zarezerwowanego pobytu zadatek nie jest zwrotny.

2. W przypadku pobytu poniżej 4 dni pobierana jest jednorazowa opłata serwisowa 100€ za przygotowanie apartamentu. 

3. Pobyt w apartamencie rozpoczyna się nie wcześniej niż o godzinie 15.00 w dniu przyjazdu i kończy się o godzinie 11.00 w dniu wyjazdu. Dzień przed końcem pobytu prosimy o kontakt telefoniczny w celu ustalenia dokładnej godziny wyjazdu w celu odbioru kluczy i apartamentu. Prosimy o pozostanie w apartamencie do przyjazdu właściciela lub ewentualnie wskazanej przez niego osoby.

4. W przypadku skrócenia pobytu nie zwracamy środków za niewykorzystane, pozostałe do końca pobytu dni.

5. Gość zobowiązany jest korzystać z apartamentu w sposób zgodny z jego przeznaczeniem i zasadami współżycia społecznego, w szczególności w sposób niezakłócający spokoju osób trzecich, w tym osób zamieszkałych w sąsiednich lokalach.

6. Właścicielowi przysługuje prawo do skrócenia pobytu w apartamencie ze skutkiem natychmiastowym w przypadku, gdy Gość lub osoby przebywające w apartamencie zachowują się w sposób zakłócający spokój osób trzecich, w tym osób zamieszkałych w sąsiednich lokalach. W przypadku powzięcia działań wspomnianych w niniejszym punkcie właściciel uprawniony jest do wezwania właściwych służb publicznych w celu zbadania okoliczności zaistniałych w apartamencie.

7. Gość zobowiązany jest do dbania o apartament z zachowaniem należytej staranności, w szczególności zobowiązany jest do zamykania drzwi wejściowych oraz okien apartamentu w czasie swojej nieobecności, a także do niewynoszenia rzeczy będących na wyposażeniu apartamentu poza jego obszar.

8. Do kosztu pobytu w apartamencie doliczana jest kaucja zwrotna w wysokości 100€ na pokrycie ewentualnych szkód wyrządzonych przez wynajmującego. Są to wszelkie szkody w szczególności zniszczenie, uszkodzenie bądź utratę elementów wyposażenia oraz urządzeń apartamentu, powstałe podczas pobytu wynajmującego oraz osób przebywających wraz z nim w apartamencie. 

Kaucja zwracana jest w całości przez właściciela w przypadku braku zaistnienia szkód, na konto do 72 godzin. Jeśli wystąpią jakieś szkody, koszty ich naprawy są potrącane z kaucji. Jeśli szkoda przekracza wartość kaucji, wynajmujący może domagać się dodatkowej kwoty w celu pokrycia całej szkody.

9. Wynajmujący zobowiązany jest do niezwłocznego powiadomienia właściciela apartamentu o wystąpieniu szkody bądź też jej stwierdzeniu w dniu przyjazdu podczas przekazywania apartamentu. Na wypadek braku takiego zgłoszenia, wszelkie szkody, stwierdzone przez właściciela po zwrocie apartamentu przez wynajmującego, obciążają tego wynajmującego wraz z kosztami ich stwierdzenia.

10. Właściciel nie odpowiada za rzeczy zagubione, skradzione lub pozostawione w apartamencie i na terenie całego budynku.

12. W apartamencie i budynku obowiązuje całkowity i bezwzględny zakaz palenia papierosów, e-papierosów. Jedynie dozwolone jest palenie na tarasie apartamentu.

13. Uprzejmie prosimy o wyrzucanie śmieci do pojemników znajdujących się przed budynkiem we wskazanym przez nas miejscu.

14. Wynajmujący nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za niedogodności występujące na terenie i poza terenem budynku, w którym znajduje się apartament.

16. Cisza nocna obowiązuje w godzinach 22.00 – 6.00.

17. W apartamencie obowiązuje zakaz urządzania imprez w tym także 18-tek, wieczorów kawalerskich, panieńskich oraz przebywania zwierząt domowych. W przypadku naruszenia tego zakazu, niezależnie od opłaty serwisowej, wynajmujący zobowiązany jest do pokrycia kosztów profesjonalnego czyszczenia apartamentu wysokości 1000zł.

18. Apartament może być wynajęty dla maksymalne 6 osób. Liczba osób przebywających w apartamencie nie może przekraczać liczby osób deklarowanych przy dokonywaniu rezerwacji. W przypadku naruszenia tego punktu wynajmujący zostanie obciążony karą umowną odpowiadającą 20% ceny całego swojego pobytu.

19. Nie przyjmujemy gości ze zwierzętami.

20. Płatności zadatku za pobyt można dokonywać przelewem tradycyjnym na konto podane w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji, kartą lub dostępnymi systemami płatności na stronie.

In the interest of your satisfaction with your stay in our apartment, please read the following information defining the conditions of a guest's stay in a short-term rented flat.

1. reservation of stay in the apartment requires payment of a deposit to the bank account specified in the confirmation of the reservation. The amount of the deposit constitutes 100% of the price of the stay in the booked flat.  In the event of cancellation of the booked stay, the deposit is non-refundable.

2. For stays of less than 4 days a one-off service charge of €100 is levied for the preparation of the apartment. 

3. the stay in the apartment starts no earlier than 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. One day before the end of your stay, please call us to arrange an exact departure time to collect the keys and the flat. Please stay in the flat until the arrival of the owner or a person nominated by the owner, if applicable.

4. In the event of a shortened stay, no refunds will be made for unused days remaining until the end of the stay.

5. The guest is obliged to use the apartment in a manner consistent with its purpose and the rules of social coexistence, in particular in a way that does not disturb the peace of third parties, including people living in neighbouring premises.

6. The Proprietor shall have the right to shorten the stay in the flat with immediate effect in the event that the Guest or persons staying in the flat behave in a manner that disturbs the peace of third parties, including persons residing in neighbouring premises. In the event that the actions mentioned in this point are taken, the owner is entitled to call the relevant public services to investigate the circumstances in the flat.

7. The guest is obliged to take care of the flat with due diligence, in particular is obliged to lock the entrance door and windows of the flat during their absence, and not to take items of equipment outside the flat.

8. A refundable deposit of €100 is added to the cost of the stay in the flat to cover any damage caused by the tenant. This covers any damage, in particular destruction, damage or loss of equipment and facilities in the flat, caused by the Tenant and their guests. 

The deposit is refunded in full by the landlord in the absence of damage, on account within 72 hours. If any damage occurs, the cost of repairing the damage is deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the value of the deposit, the landlord may demand an additional amount to cover the entire damage.

9. The Landlord is obliged to immediately notify the Apartment Owner of any damage or discovery of damage on the day of arrival when handing over the flat. In the absence of such notification, any damage discovered by the owner after the return of the Suite by the Lessee shall be charged to the Lessee, together with the costs of discovery.

10. The landlord shall not be liable for items lost, stolen or left in the apartment or throughout the building.

12. Smoking in the flat and the building is completely and absolutely prohibited. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace of the flat.

13. you are kindly requested to dispose of your rubbish in the bins located in front of the building in the place indicated by us.

14. the landlord is not responsible for any inconvenience caused inside or outside the building in which the flat is located. 16.

16. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

17. parties, stag and hen parties and pets are not permitted in the apartment. In the event of a breach of this prohibition, regardless of the service charge, the landlord is obliged to cover the costs of professional cleaning of the flat in the amount of 200€

The apartment can be rented for up to 6 people. The number of persons staying in the apartment may not exceed the number declared when booking. In the event of violation of this point, the landlord will be charged a contractual penalty corresponding to 20% of the price of the entire stay.

19. We do not accept guests with pets.

20. payment of the deposit for the stay may be made by traditional bank transfer to the account specified in the booking confirmation, by card or by the available payment systems on the website.
